Ammo can power supply. (Part 3)

Read part 1 here , part 2 here , part 3 here , part 4 here or part 5 here.

Previously we fitted power connector and made a cradle for the PCB and heatsink. Next is to do the GUI or the front panel planning and fitting.

Gorgeus drawings to show the plans. Hole at the top is where the power button will be. Big box at the bottom will be for the for the speaker type of connector and two circles are for typical banana jack/binding post things. For the power button i drilled hole first with 8mm bit.

Then i drilled hole to correct size with step drill. In this case to 16mm size.

Fitting the power button. Button is led lighted 12V and 3A/230V from  ebay.
Seems to be fitting nicely.

Holes for banana jacks and fitting them. Banana jacks are nice gold plated ones i also found from ebay. They look and feel really nice.

For the speaker connection i only needed to make two bigger holes from where the wires go through.

On top of that i made 5 holes for buttons. Buttons inside are operated by aluminium  buttons i made with lathe. Also there is holes visible for the speaker connector.

Here is all for now. Next we make vent holes to make the air flow through.
